The aim of Raising s.r.o. is to provide professional support to clients in trading various goods both domestically and internationally. Raising s.r.o. also assists its clients in securing key raw materials and materials, particularly in the field of carbon and raw plastic material.

Therefore, we are committed to protecting your personal data, especially when providing our services, and we will adhere to these principles of processing and handling your personal data.

2. What personal data do we process?

Personal data refers to all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the context of the aforementioned cases, personal data is processed to the extent necessary for providing agreed legal services.

Depending on the specific case, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

  • Identification data (name, surname, academic title, date of birth, or personal identification number),
  • Contact details (phone number, email address, permanent address, contact or billing address),
  • Information from documents submitted by clients, customers, and potential customers,

  • And other personal data necessary for fulfilling the contract between Raising s.r.o., clients, and customers.

We are aware of the risks associated with the leakage of your personal data, and therefore, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent their leakage or misuse. Your personal data is stored in secure data repositories on servers with password-protected access. Access to these servers is allowed only from a few specific IP addresses via a created certificate. Passwords on the servers are encrypted, and regular antivirus checks are performed.

Your personal data is processed primarily in the following cases and for the following reasons:

  • If a contract is being fulfilled between you and the controller, i.e., Raising s.r.o.,

Your personal data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between you and the controller.

In the case of processing personal data with your consent, they will be processed for a maximum period of 5 years or until the withdrawal of your consent.

In some cases, and if it is appropriate and necessary, certain other entities may have access to your personal data, especially:

Within the processing of your personal data, there is no profiling, and your personal data will not be provided to third countries except in the cases mentioned above.

6. Relevant Information and Your Rights

User right to access to personal data: This means that you have the right to obtain information from the above-mentioned data controller about how and in what manner your personal data are processed.

Right to rectification: This means that you have the right to request correction/supplementation of personal data that are being processed inaccurately or incompletely.

The controller can subsequently transfer these data to another controller, or if technically feasible, request that they be transferred between controllers. This right is limited to the extent that it could affect the rights and freedoms of others.
